General rental conditions
Driver Profile
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter specified in the contract.
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driving license for at least 2 years.
Delivery and Pickup
The delivery and pickup of the vehicle can be arranged at the location chosen by the client.
If you are in Marrakech, the service is free of charge.
If you are in another Moroccan city, additional fees will apply.
Vehicle Usage
Driving the vehicle on unpaved roads is prohibited.
The vehicle must not be used to transport goods that are prohibited by law.
Payment
The payment for the rental can be made at the time of vehicle pickup, either by credit card or in cash, to ensure flexibility and convenience.
Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your reservation at any time, up to the last minute before the scheduled vehicle pickup time, without the need to provide a reason or justification.
Insurance
All our vehicles are insured for all risks. However, a 10% deductible is the responsibility of the client if their partial or full liability is engaged.
We remind you that no claim can be made to the insurance if the renter does not present a friendly accident report or a police or gendarmerie report.
In the case of loss/theft of the vehicle, accessories, or damages caused by the fault of the client or in the absence of fault from a third party (unexpected accident, during parking, collision with an animal crossing the road, cart, non-automobile vehicle, etc.), the client must make a declaration specifying the causes and circumstances and compensate us up to the deductible amount.
If the partial deductible option is selected, the deposit amount is reduced by half. Without this option, the deposit remains at its initial amount, which varies depending on the type of vehicle.
Extension
If you wish to extend your rental, you will need our prior approval. Once you have this approval, you must visit our agency to renew the contract and pay the additional rental amount.
If it is difficult for you to come to our agency, a copy of the extension contract will be sent to you by email or fax.
